Esyline Low Battery Error Procedure

ESYLINE Low Battery (LB) Error Update

If your Esybox, Esybox Mini 3, or Esybox Max shows a Low Battery (LB) error, it might be due to a problem with the screen’s internal battery. Here is how you can fix it by replacing the screen:




  1. Get the Replacement Part: by emailing DAB Customer Care at service.us@dabpumps.com. Include a photo of the label found under the top cover of the Esybox and Esybox Mini 3, or on the lower front right corner of the Esybox Max.


  1. Part Delivery: Customer Care will send the part to the address you provided

  1. Follow the Video Guide to Replace the Screen



  1. Check if It’s Working: by turning the unit on and confirming the new screen works and the LB code is no longer present
