TO ALL DAB DISTRIBUTORS WHO HAVE PURCHASED DAB PRODUCTS THROUGH HAWTHORNE GARDENING:
We were surprised to learn that Hawthorne Gardening Company unilaterally elected to cease providing warranty service on the pumps it purchased from DAB and re-sold. We apologize for any inconvenience that HGC’s actions are causing you and/or your customers.
We are doing the best that we can under the circumstances to address this issue. For the time being, we ask that you or any of your customers contact us at service.us@dabpumps.com with any existing product/service issues.

Preventative Maintenance: DAB and Leader Pumps are manufactured for clean water use, unless otherwise notated. If you are running nutrients or chemicals through your pump, you need to ensure that you follow the maintenance guides and schedules found here:
Please, have end users contact customer service at service.us@dabpumps.com for additional troubleshooting, if necessary, before returning the pump to avoid issues that can be resolved in the field.
